Register today to be a representative!

Did you know…

That the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)'s Represent a client service has proven to be a fast, easy, and secure way for representatives to access their client's tax information online? More than two million individuals have authorized their representative to use this service.

Since October 2007, business owners have been able to authorize their employees or third party representatives (such as a tax services or payroll business) to deal with the CRA regarding the owners' business tax information.

To use Represent a client, first register online as a representative and get a representative identifier (individuals) or, if you own a tax-services business, register your business as a representative using your CRA business number. Individuals and businesses can then authorize you or your business to deal online with the CRA on their behalf. After you are authorized, log in to the Represent a client service to access your client's tax information online.
